These terms are construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky. If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any such reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by Zen Reprographics and the user.
In normal terms this means that all drawings listed in our plan room are images received from our customers and scanned to file. We do not draw or change them in any way.
