Returns are easy. Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any of the following items, for any reason, for a full refund (We'll even refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error):
- Any item that has a manufacturing defect or has shipping damage.
- Any item in new condition in original packaging with accessories.
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Zen Reprographics. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, may be charged a re-stocking fee at our discretion.
